EMERGENCY MEETING NOTICE
EMERGENCY MEETING NOTICE
November 23, 2008
Zou Youth Organization (ZYO) Gen. Hqrs. in its Cabinet Meeting dated 20th November 2008 resolved vide their Resolution No.1 that ZYO Delhi Branch be established. They have, therefore, requested the ZOD, ZSP Delhi Branch and other persons concerned to establish ZYO Delhi Branch and directed Pu Chinlunthang, Project Secretary, ZYO Gen. Hqrs. to convene a meeting for the purpose.
In compliance with the directions of the ZYO Gen. Hqrs. Pu Chinlunthang convened a meeting of ZOD & ZSP Delhi Branch at 1700 hors on 23rd November, 2008 at the residence of Pu T. Zamlunmang Zou (H/No. 586, Munirka, New Delhi) which was attended by 20 persons. Besides the Convenor Pu. Chinlunthang, the meeting was also attended by Pu. Ginsuanhau, Advisor ZYO, Pu Dalthang and Pu Manglianthang as observers-cum-representatives of the ZYO Gen. Hqrs.
The issue of establishing ZYO Delhi Branch by replacing ZOD was deliberated for about 2 hours and all the members who attended the meeting unanimously agreed to establish the ZYO Delhi Branch immediately. However, considering the poor attendance and the fact that all the Executive Members of ZOD and ZSP Delhi Branch as well as most senior members of the Zou community in Delhi are not present, Pu Khakhai Zou, ZOD Chairman, (though aware that the decision could have been taken and implemented then and there), suggested that another meeting may be convened by ZOD so as to have wider consultation and consensus on the issue. Accordingly, an Emergency Meeting of the ZOD & ZSP Delhi Branch is hereby convene to discuss and decide the one important agenda i.e. “Whether or not to establish ZYO Delhi Branch by way of replacing the ZOD” at the time and venue given below:
Meeting Venue : 65/R, Lok Sabha Qtr., Vasant Vihar, New Delhi (residence of ZOD Chairman).
Date : Saturday, 29th November, 2008,
Time : 1700 hrs.
All the members of Zou in Delhi and its surrounding areas are, hereby, informed and requested to make it convenient to attend this important meeting without fail.
